None of this is aftermarket, you can special order it through MB on S-Classes in Europe. Too bad it's not available in the USA.

But the MB tables Manual operated while Brabus offers electronic ones and I did have the Rear Screen as an option but at abt 1000+ Euro I didnt see it worth ..But still looks cool... But well... here's one fact no one's occupied my rear seat yet.. lol... so when i sell my car i'll advertise it as ..Half new! lol

The rear TV is driven by the standard MB TV tuner, which is now NTSC compatable. So I suspect that at some point MB USA will be offering that, and I also know that NAV-TV will be able to fit it for you (since you can order all the parts in Europe)
Also, AMG will aftermarket fit anything, and will hapilly supply parts outside Germany ... (Im having some stuff made for my new SL55 (leather/alcantara steering wheel in grey etc)
