Is this a home made job
Is this just painted over the stock cover or is this an aftermarket part that can be ordered this way for the car. Would like to get it in white to match my car...or can I just get some paint and tape it off and spray it..thanks

That's by Brabus, from the way it looks, it was just painted.

Take the cover out, tape it, and spray it with paint that will endure high temperatures.
