hey guys, planning on painting my sidemarkers...Just wondering what the easiest way to get them off is?

i use to have an e46 and for their sidemarkers it just snapped off/on with a few clips so i was able to pry it out with a screwdriver/cloth...if its the same with our w220, can u guys tell me how to do it? like the angle/area where the clips are located?

Same. Just pry with screwdriver.

any tips on what angle to start at? or can anyone tell me where the hooks are located? If i Dont pry at the right place im just going to snap it...

for the e46, taking it out was vert common so there were lots of DIY and pictures or the backside of the marker so you knew where to start prying at..

anyhelp would be good, i just dont want the hassle of having to go buy one if i break it

start at the front of the side marker closest to the front bumper..they come out so easy...just put the flat srewdriver in the front with a cloth around the tip and pry it out..took me 2 secs a side

Hey just bought all the supploes needed to paint them...gonna take em out tonite!...what do you mean by 'You pry from the end closest to the front bumper'...the reflectors are on the front bumper?...

hey guys, ignore my last post, i got em out super easy...but i couldnt disconnect it from the bulb?...how do you do that?...once i got the reflector off the hooks i had like and inch of give so i cant reach in the unscrew it from the bulb...
