I can't even get to speak to any one there, call and it just rings and rings, then eventually put thru to voicemails with no call backs, any one else have any experiences with this place ?

I have two opinions on that place. Service department is fantastic. The sales people all blow. I remember I had just bought my CLK500, from House of Imports in Anaheim.. I took it to Keyes for some warranty service, since I live right by them, and as I'm waiting for my car, a sales guy says to me, "So when are you going to trade in your car for a real Mercedes?" I could have smacked that *******.
Also, when shopping for my mom's new SLK, one of the sales people, an Israeli guy, told us not to go to Steigler Mercedes in Encino, CA, becuase the owner was a ****, and had **** flags in his house. WTF??
