ok, the car is at the dealers, they said they verify that indeed it is leaking...now they are trying to figure out how. the only opening in the roof is the moonroof so i would assume that it is leaking...

Found the leak at the dealer...cost w/ labor $300 and starmark does not cover it. There is a drain pan behind the moonroof that catches any additional water that doesnt go down the drains... that has a rubber seal at the back of it which the glue decided to dry and crack and didnt hold the rubber seal anymore. that is where the water was leaking into my back passenger vanity mirror. That rubber seal is not a single order part, you have to order the whole drain pan and rubber seal as one. At least they found the leak!

Update...they are now having the Water Doctor come to find the leak..and said that if it was anything they did that they will cover the cost. Also, i had complained about the steering motor whine sometimes when turning my steering wheel and they said the alternator is going bad so they are replacing that. Thank God i have the Starmark!

Nothing like a reply nine years later! My 2006 S-350 had a leak, wet the right rear passenger's seat. Dealer cleaned drain lines. Then got drops of water from front overhead lights by rear view mirror. Dealer finally replaced the sun roof and no more leaks.
