Arrow Washer Lowering Guide

So while I was getting my phone, I figured I'll take some nice pictures for all you out there who want to lower with washers.... so let's start off...

The infamous Airmatic Heigh Sensor...

Here are the locations for front and back:

This is what 3 years of neglect look like... there's a nice coat of rocks, sand, salt and it's all solid... figured when you buy a CPO from MB they would at least clean the control arms...

Nice and clean... okay so unscrew this nut:

Insert washers between the control arm and the top of the lever...

I am not actually doing it, I am waiting for some quotes on some 20" Lorinser or Brabus rims, when I get those, I am getting either a Brabus or a Renntech electronic lowering module...

This guy has them cheap on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RENNt...spagenameZWDVW

Washer lowering is a nice, cheap and reliable way (only if done correctly) to lower the car. But there is a limit. After a couple months with the washers, I want to go lower with the car. Don't have money for modules though.

The front and back are definetly opposite as far as what direction lowers or raises.
