Last night i had a strange problem with my navi, the whole thing froze out of no where after putting it on mute for a phone call. everything just stoped working the tape deck wouldnt slide down nothing. so i pulled over and tried to see if restarting the car would work and nothing. got home let it sit for five mins and everything was fine. what happened?

had this problem be4 also, it's like there's a D2B component that doesn't respond (the CD changer maybe) after a while it will work again. Restarting the car right-away won't help. You can see the errors thatr happened by pressing the numbers 1 and 3 and mute together for about 5 secs and locating the D2B components check menu.

does that work for a 2002?
