headliner

hey does any1 knoe how to remove the headliner? the shade on the sunroof got caught between the tracks some how and now the headliner on the shade of the sunroof is causing the sunroof to get caught when its opened. think u have to take the pieces that say SRS on it and then unscrew them to acess the top?

This will be a tough one. If you can make sense of these diagrams, you may be able to work this. Sometimes it good to know when to not DIY.
The first digram shows you the screws on the visor to remove and the second one gives you a rough idea of where those sensors are. #20-Headliner(with sliding roof opening), 30-Clips & brackets, 45-bracing (panel to roof rail), 50-Frame (rear dome lamps with parktronics), 60-Sliding roof.
If you can make sense of all this, then you can tackle the job.

Hey, did you know you could gain a access (to a limit) but removing the rear dome lights? It's brobably caught by one of thos harnesses back there. Try and see what access you gain through that. Just a try.
