A question about COMAND
So I was sitting in my car today waiting for someone when I started to get bored. I pulled out a DVD that I bought and put it in the DVD drive (not the nav drive in the trunk) It came up, but with no picture! I know that in America you cannot play video while driving, but surly while you are in park you should be able to...
And one more thing, Where is the AUX jack located, and what cable to I have to have to hook it up to my ipod?

You can't watch DVD video on the US (Siemens) COMAND, even when the car is stationary. It can't be reconfigured. The DVD is mainly useful as an iPod replacement. You can burn a ton of MP3s to one and the COMAND will recognize them.
There is no AUX input on the MOST-based (post '03) S-class COMAND.

So it just screws with you by saying "DVD video"
I'm guessing the only way to get DVD is with an expensive Euro unit?
