command system error code N1116

command system error code N1116
Hi i was hoping someone here could help me fix this problem. recently i checked into my command and i got the error code N1116. i went to the dealer and he told me its fiberopitic cable that connects from your command to the cd player in the trunk. he used his star command system to run some sort of diognistic on it and while doing that i noticed on the screen it said tv tuner. i didnt know that it was already built into the car i thought you had to order it seperately and he told me he could enable it but its against the law. anyone know how to do it from the command system?anyway he reset it today and since then iv gotten no error code but i think ill get it tommrow.
