Or buy something like Glatzos has. those are the two best reasonable options period. unless you want to spend a fortune.

OK, where can I get oem projector headlights (halogen)?
I dont even want HID I just want the new clear look but OEM so they wont suck like the ones sold on eBay for $300.00 dollars?

The hardest part is getting the old lamps out, putting the new ones in is easy. be sure to remove the 2 - 8mm bolts on the top of your bumper located on the inside area of the the headlamps for wiggle room that you will need and just remove the 2 - 10mm bolts securing each lamp and carefully wiggle them out, steel like knobs stick out of the fender side of each lamp so each lamp needs to pulled towards the center when taking them out.

pretty pricey mark..$988 for 1 oem Bosch lamp

Bekkers sells quality OEM lamps + some aftermarket.

I would rock Glatzos exact lamps if I were you.. They will be a lot better than you think.. You will have 3 times the light.. it will give you the look and light you are looking for. do not waste your time with halogen projectors unless you are gonna do a hid retrofit.. your reflector halogen lamps you have now are brighter than halogen projectors. True there are better lenses in OEM projectors but these aftermarket lamps for the price are perfect. Take advantage of a projector lamp with HID that has only one plug which is plug n play and you will be happy you did....now step up.

hey if any of you guys are interested, if this refund thing doesn't happen, cause the company in Hong Kong still hasnt replied to my emails...any interest in purchasing these headlights. they are still in the box the came over here in, have the original shrink wrap over the lenses..basically new in box condition. i paid $1000 which included a rediculous $100 shipping fee. anyhow, i'll let them go for $900 for the pair or shoot me an offer and maybe ill consider. just don't low ball me. REMEMBER....THIS IS FOR A NON-HID TO HID PROJECTOR RETROFIT. please read above comments and replies.

Thanks for everything guys,

George

I just PMed you.

However, if these are the cheap projector lights that I can get on ebay for 300.00 and then retored, I wont be interested. If the light display was bad before the retor they will still be bad after the retor.

Need Help Please W/ updating to 2003 headlights

I have a 2001 S55 with the old headlights (HID stock) and am trying to install the new 2003 HID stock headlights, the factory ('01) wire harness has a round 4pin connector but the connectors on the new ('03) headlights have a rectangular 3pin connector. I just need to figure out the wiring for this.

Any help would be great!

Old thread revival to see if anyone has the pin diagram for the autolevel.

Regarding the high beam, some say to ground the first wire closest to the middle of the headlight while some say ground 1st and 3rd wire???
