body kit

hey, i just bought a 2000 s500 black on tan interior and i want to throw on a body kit, i havent decided amg or lorinser, where can i get one?? thanks

I'd suggest against a Lorinser kit because it's not that good looking on an S class car. In my opinion (and since yours is black), the best option would be a Brabus.

Brabus is hella ugly and way too plain

Since you have a black car, I would recommend going against the Brabus body kit. If your car came with the stock kit and you installed the Brabus, you're only going to be changing the front and rear bumpers. The original mercedes (non-AMG) side skirts are kept in the brabus kit which is hella ugly and way too plain. Go for Lorinser. The silver mesh that accents the body kit will look nice on your black car. If Lorinser is too flashy for you, go for the AMG kit. Much better looking body kit than Brabus. FYI, I have the Lorinser DTM kit on my car.

I kinda like the Lorinser kit for the S500. Since your car is black, its going to be difficult to tell you even changed the body kit, BRABUS is great but on a lighter color car where you can actually see the lines of the kit, Lorinser is more "show off". Check wheelexperts.com for pics.

The Lorinser kit is just too drastic IMO. The useless wire mesh screams out "rice-boy". And the modified fenders? It makes me queasy...

Yeah JL, your car looks damn good now with the monoblock 6 20". BTW are you still going with the new E55? or and SL 500? and what about your S? Are you gonna stock it before you sell it or sell everything on as it is?
