damaged driver mirror
Hello Gang.
I am looking for a driver's side mirror replacement only for 2000 S500. Not the housing. The Benz stealership wants $600.00 for just the liquid filled mirror. Any suggestions? Tried shopping online. It's the same parts inventory at most websites, but no mirrors.

If it was damaged by something just put in a Comp claim on your insurance and get it done free.. It won't affect your rates much if at all. I had a bird ( or something ) fly into the mirror of an 06 C class I had as a loaner.Since the glass was only boken and not the whole housing, I thought I'd call and replace it myself but to my surprise it was nearly $500 for the glass. I just turned the thing over to my insurance company and they repaired it for free.
