Help with Replacing Integrated Phone
HELP. I have a 2000 S430 with an integrated phone system using a Startac phone. The Startac has failed on me, it won't charge and has difficulties making calls...rendering it to be basically worthless.
I've check with a couple of dealers and I am told that MB has made the integrated phone system impossible to modify or upgrade.
So here's my dilemma. I can't live without cell phone. I love the integrated phone features. I can't replace an antiquated Startac with something reasonably current like the V-60, the only thing apparently I can do is to have MB get me a "new" startac.
Anyone have suggestions?
