S Class Front Passenger Seat

I can use some more help. I have a 2001 S430, the front passenger seat cover, under the seat cushion keeps coming apart when a passenger exits. The two-piece cover comes apart at the corner. A mechanic inspected and told me some brackets or mounts underneath are broken.
Can anyone tell me where I can order the tan color covering and where I can find some instructions or diagram for removal and replacing?

you mean the plastic parts? They only come from the MB-dealer. To replace them you need to extend the seat cushion to max and then you will see the screws behind the covers.
