Need a Cup holder for a '00 S430

Need a Cup holder for a '00 S430
I noticed my cup holder is broken, it closes fine, but when I try to open it it keeps going, it doesn't stay in the 'fixed' position - you can also pull up on it and the cup holder will come out, it's as though there is a rod that goes down the center of the unit, and retains it, that is missing on my cup holder.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there a quick fix, or will I need to obtain a replacement piece? If I do need to purchase a complete replacement where is the place to purchase one?
