Navigation Question for 2000 S430

Navigation Question for 2000 S430
Hi i just bought a navigation disc for my 2000 S430 and when i put it in the navi slot i get a cd error. The disc i purchased is a Bosch rel. 7/02 Q 6 46 0118. It is for western canada. How come it does not work?
Does this have something to do with that D-nav or C-nav stuff?
Please help me understand which disc i will need to buy

It has to do with the D or C nav. Check out benzworld.org as there is a good thread about the difference between the two.

AH-HA!

Interesting. Well i have a C-Nav navi, and i bought a d-nav disc . So does anyone have a C-Nav canadian disc for sale?

let me know if anyone does!

You can get them off of ebay for dirt cheap.

i can't find any discs for canada that are specifically for the c-nav systems on ebay. The only c-nav discs i can find come in the whole 11 disc package, but i only need the one disc. I'm still searching so if anyone finds one let me know!

Welcome to the wonderful world of MB. The dealer only sells discs as a whole set. You have to keep searching ebay until you find the individual disc or you can also place a "Wanted" post in the classified section of this forum.
