Hey guys i need some advice i went to put some new tires on the front of my car, and was told both of the front rims had cracks on them. I had 235-19-35 on the front.

the shop said it either a faulty rim or i hit something. with these rims i have never hit anything. could it be two faulty rims? they are replica's. Or could it be the weight on my car?

Probably a casting/forging error of some type, IF you didn't hit anything, though I'd suspect the tires would have been history as well if you hit anything that hard.

 

yeah i will have to agree... most wheels bend or rip tires, thats prolly due to bad casting... the aluminum or steal getss brittle and cracks like that... go for forged... haha

 

Well i was able to track down the shop that i bought them from, and i was amazed I am not one to plug people but the guys at the shop are going to send that back to the manufactor and get my rims replaced. The reason i was shocked is i bought the rims awhile ago and i did not have the receipt. If you ever need rims or tires hit them up.
