Hello,
Engine light came on again today. Showing a P0400 code. Does anyone know what this means for W220s? Searched but didnt see any in our section? Can someone please give me the run down?
This happend after I recently got it inspected.

Wow. No responses?
The CEL went off after taking the gas cap on and off a few times. Stayed off for a day and then came back on this morning. Still showing codes 0400, 5087, and 5088. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CODE P0400 E.G.R system problem, check E.G.R vacuum lines

Thanks Johnny. The CE light went off again after I filled up at Exxon. I haven't checked to see if its still throwing codes. It may be a faulty gas cap.

hey i have w220 mb with p0400 egr valve code. As everyone recommended get it clean, i did that. I cleared all the failed codes and drove it for few mils, checked it back up, the engine light backs on. same code came on..check all the vaccums,tubes, voltages, all good.. help
