BAS/ESP Tranny won't shift

'01 S500, The car originally had 20 inch Lowenharts on it. I had a set of OEM 16 inch wheels that I put on it. Immediately after driving with the 16's on it the BAS,ESP, and ABS light came on and the transmission wouldn't shift either.

Carsoft said bad right and left rear wheel sensor. The car ran perfect with the 20's on it. I hand washed the car yesterday as usual, no high pressure. Also while I had the wheels off I replaced the rear brake pad sensor as it was broke and giving a warning. Battery is new. Any idea what it could be?
