Temperature display on instrument cluster

Hi, on my 1999 S430L, although there is no obvious damage to my instrument cluster, the temperature display looks like its been broken, no crack or anything in the perspex, but the digits cant be read properly due to like a speckly "blob" of the yellowish instrument cluster light around and through the digits. Can this little section be replaced, or would the whole instrument cluster need replacing?

Hey ALVAL, This is the W220 section, you have a 140, try posting in that section.
