Replace my bumper and got rid off both of the front bumper mouldings ,thinking they would be $50 - 60$ each at the dealership, not a big deal. However, when I went to purchase the new ones they came out to be $425 with tax. Does anyone know where I could find some(even aftermarket) mouldings for the an 01 s430?

 

I would never go to the dealer to get piece like that. YOu should always check or local salvage yard or search online for some salvage yards like at

heh, now i know. I would be embarrsed to charge someone 400$ for two pieces of plastic.

 

Mercedes is VERY proud of its plastic.

 

Check with the body shop at the local Mercedes dealer.
