Unlocking Command System

I want to view DVD's.
Anyone know how to unlock the Command system for 2004 S600?

I have been trying to figure this out since I got my 04' 600. I haven't had any luck yet. let me know if you find a way.

When you mean unlock do you mean watching DVD because you can't with the US command only the Euro command. I have one but can't get the darn thing to work.
