Evaluate my engine

Can anyone evaluate this engine?

Its a 2001 48,500 mile S500 Sport.

I don't like the looks of the first picture, there is oil surrounding that one screw, is that a leak?

Click on images to zoom in.

Reseal vale covers and PCV chambers, Replace idler pulley. Check motor mounts under that rubber boot. Boot will discolor from heat

Sorry about the chicks! They are ads on the site, don't mind them.

Can you go in depth about what the problem areas are? Do you see the accumulation of oil there?

The oil appears to be leaking from the PCV chambers. You might as well do the valve cover gaskets also. Common problem. From the picture it appears the idler pulley is loosing its grease. Replace it before it breaks and you loose the belt. It should take an average person about 2 hours to fix the problems seen.
