20's On S430 Good/bad?

OK, SO I'VE BEEN DEBATEING ON PUTTING 20'S ON MY CAR FOR A WHILE. I;M HELD BACK BY WHAT I'VE HEARD AND READ ABOUT NEGATIVE AFECTS ON RIDE QUALITY AND PERFORMACE IN GENERAL. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM SOME OF YOU WHO HAVE PUT 20'S ON YOUR MB. WAS IT WORTH THE LOOK AND HOW MUCH RIDE QUALIT DID YOU LOOSE. CONSIDERING THE AIR SUSSPENCION HOW MUCH DIFFERENTLY DOES IT AFFECT THESE CARS AS APPOSED TO OTHER BRANDS WITH NORMAL SUSSPENCION. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL YOUR INPUT...

I have ran 19's, 20's and now 19's again, the ride is fine with both, my only beef with 20's is when I see them on an S class that is not lowered. I also think with 19's you need lower the suspension as well. I hate the 4X4 / Chuck-wagon look. just my .02

I am pushing 19" staggered no issues. However, I agree with Benznodubz the ride looks better when the suspension is lowered.

20's

I went from stock 18's to 19's from an S550 and am now rolling on 20's from an 07 S65. The offset is +43 versus +44 that was OEM on my 03 S55. I went with the recommended rear tire of 275/30 and have not had ANY rubbing. I like the look a lot. I don't drive the car like I stole it so I've not recognized any performance related issues because of the increase in unsprung weight.

19's

Incidentally I have my 19' Deneblo (from an 07 S550 Designo) wheels with BFG KDW tires up for sale. There's no scratches or rash whatsoever and I only put 2500-3000 miles on them.
