I found cool look mod navigation system from korean website.

not really a "mod" more then a headunit swap. all they did was take out the head uinit, and install a aftermarket Navi unit.
the Most they coulda done was chop up the side of teh wood for the ugly leather strips they put on, but those could be glued on too
