ok so buy the water damaged salvaged car for $24K if you want.

Im just suggesting that you may want to rethink that.

Anyone else on this forum agree?

trust us - we are only lookin out for fellow benz lovers.

Rule of thumb.... salavaged cars that are still "IMMACULATE" according the seller, likely mean the car is in DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP trouble.

Don't even think about it, some members are having enough issues with their vehicle, without water damage ect. Reduce the price under $10,000 and it will be a great parts car.

yea you can dunk a computer in the bathtub and it will still look brand new, but chances are it ain't gunna turn on.
it's my understanding that salvage is after the insurance company deems the vehicle unfixable and sells it for parts

The salvage title is the 'kiss of death' at resale time. 'Minor' water damage. Why would an insurance company write it off for 'minor' problems.

The rule of thum is.......if its too good to be true, chances are..........

Be careful.

To add my two bits - Part of the description includes "Radio, and power seats do not work and the SRS light is on." Shouldn't that alone make one think twice?
