Does anyone know where i can buy this part *updated with pic*
I have a 2001 S600. Apparently the previous owner didnt take good care of the car and the backseat heating/cooling button is missing. Here is a picture. anybody know where i can just order the button. mbenz dealer told me i would have to buy the whole unit becuase they didnt have the button (700ish).

There is no pic attached but I assume you are talking about the rear climate control. The dealer is correct. BUT you should try to search Ebay for mercedes climate controls.. id you can find one, they are usually pretty reasonable.
YOu can also try salvage yards if you are lucky.
