Bi Xenon Light flickering
My light on the passenger side flickers and its not the ballast or the bulb. I think I am not getting enough power, has anybody had the same problem? or have experience with problem. thank you

Your ballast is about to go. You actually don't need much power once the ballast is up and running, it actually use much less power than typical halogen bulb. Only of the 1/2 sec during boot up that it use lot of power.
