Help-no Audio

Hello group

I drive an 01 S600 and suddenly there's no audio from the radio or nav. Both radio & nav works fine there's just no audio. I've tried adjusting the volume and mute but had no luck. Is there a fuse for the speakers? or does anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks
