S430 EBC brakes wont fit
i just ordered some new brake pads and when i get the wheel off and everything disassembled i notice that the old pads look nothing like the new one. i ordered EBC brake pads part#UD847. every where i look on the web it says that these are the correct pads for the front brakes on a 2000 s430 but for some reason these dont seem as if they will fit. Has anyone ever encountered this. this was supposed to be a quick job as i have to go to work tommorrow. Can anyone give me any advice on this part maybe im doing something wrong. Ive changed brakes on plenty of cars and have never had this problem.

the part #'s were wrong on the EBC website for my 03 S600 as well. The rears were correct but the fronts were incorrect. The ones that actually fit my '03 car were the ones listed for the '02 S600. Maybe all of their MB part #'s for S class cars are suspect.
