Aaron, quick question for ya.

On my 430 the left headlight is turning a brownish color. Is the light slowly burning out or is this something else on this car? I would love to get the 8000 but I don't want to go too obnoxious with the blue.

Thanks for the post!

Regarding your headlights, I believe the browning is due to condensation and heat inside the fixture. Over time most plastic lenses will discolor but if there's some sort of moisture present in the lens, the extreme heat emitted from halogen bulbs causes premature discoloration.

One thing to keep in mind is HID kits run much cooler than halogen bulbs and require less power.

Lastly, pertaining to color, if you don't want to be too noticeable I suggest a 6000k kit. I myself run 6000k bulbs in all of my cars and prefer that temperature (color), though it all boils down to personal preference.

Let me know if you have any further questions, I'm here to help.

Sincerely,

Aaron
