You should be able to press one of the buttons on your steering wheel to either cancel it or actually reset your monitoring system to current pressure values.

Press the "R" on cluster, it will ask if you want to reset current, press "R" again and you are done. You will have to drive a couple of miles for the tires to warm up before you can get a reading.

Sorry - I misspoke. It's not "reset" it's "reactivate." The R button on the dash is for reset, but I ned to reactivate. Any hints?

Its the same procedure... with the tire pressure message on the screen, hit the "R" button, you will then be prompted to use the + or - button on your steering wheel to reactivate tpms.

If after driving a while you don't get any readings and the message reappears, you have a bad TPMS sensor.

This is normally the case when your reactivate message appears on the 2003-2006 W220's. Do you have factory wheels still?

Yep, factory wheels. Also replaced one wheel sensor since PO used wrong valve stem cap and eroded the stem. All wheel sensors test OK with remote tester. Reset on dash menuing system never shows pressures or any other message other than "reactivate tire pressure management system."

You will have to drive the car for several miles before it resets (reactivates) itself after the above procedure. Unless you want to go and pay the dealer to do the above for you.
