setting key to unlock all doors
For some reason, when pushing the unlock button on my key on the 2000 S class, it only opens the front doors. I have to push it again to open the backs. How do I program it to open all doors on the first try?
Thanks

Each key is set independently. Often, the guy just wants all doors to open with one click but wifey likes the first click to only open the driver's door, for security.

In 2000 S class, each key is set independently that is why when you push the unlock button it opens only the front doors. Try to press the lock as well as unlock button at the same time, I hope this will solve your problem.

Great info, never knew that could be changed. What about setting all doors to unlock when you turn the car off or put in park? For some reason only the front doors unlock. Is there a setting to unlock all doors when you put it in park and turn it off?
