My alarm goes off every time I lock my vehicle. (S500 2001). I have to press the button for the tow to allow me to lock my vehicle so the alarm will not go off. Let me know if anyone has experience with this???? If it's a sensor, any idea on the costs? I just moved to a new area and I haven't found a reliable mechanic in my area and I'm not close to a MBZ dealer...

Sorry, but this is the wrong forum for this question. Go down one to the W220 forum and post this question. However, I've owned a W220 and many others here probably have too and someone here may have an answer but still the W220 forum would be a better place to post this question.

I'm having same problem with my 04 s500. Every time I lock my car the alarm goes off and the last time it took a while to shut off.
I appreciate any help.
