2002 S500
Window tinting issues
I recently had my windows tinted on my 02 S500 and after a couple of weeks I noticed the back window had a purpleish cast to it, the other windows look great. When I questioned the tint shop they told me that its because of the factory tint to the back window. Does this make sense? Any comment would be appreciated. Thanks, Beau

I had mine done at he dealership and they didn't do the back window saying it is not recommended by the manufacturer. Having a rear shade renders the tinting worthless anyways.

Keep in mind that they MUST place pads inside the doors or else your tint will eventually scratch.
