I need help ASAP with 20inch tires ?s
I just ordered a set of 20 inch wheels for an S500. I am going with the staggard look 20X9 up front with a 2.5in lip and 20X10 with a 4.75in lip ( 3 piece wheels) . On the rear tire does anyone know if I can run a 295/30/20? My tire guy says I can do it, but i'm hearing conflicting answers from different people. I want the widest possible look. Also fyi I am taking the car to a body shop to get the fenders rolled, and possibly get the back of the rim machined so it will fit closer to the hub without rubbing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well from have searched and talked to a few people no one has done that yet on the W220 so I guess you will be the first. What is the offset on the wheels and take some pics of everything cause I sure everyones gonna take some intrest in this.

i HIGHLY dought you'll get the 295 on there...people have rubbing issues with 275(i did too)...295 with a fender roll will still rub on a 10" rim...im 90% sure it won't work...but if it does...that'll look sick!

NO WAY you will fit 295/30/20 I run 20 inch 3 piece wheels that are 20X10 in the rear same as yyour set-up and I run a 285/30/20 that is with a bit of inner fender work (dremel) and even with that still rub a bit on big dips........dont ruin those tires go MAX 285 but be prepared to do a little work under the fenders.
