Knock come from the Transmission or Exhaust system

Knock come from the Transmission or Exhaust system
Has anyone had their S making a Knocking noise coming from either the tranny or the exhaust system?
Everyone tells me I got a pretty bad Knock and I know I need to take it in but its being going on for three months and hasn’t really showed up in performance or gas millage or really anything other than the Knock.
Just wondering if anyone has had this issue?
Hate taking the car in because of the down time.

they are covered to 10 years 80K so have the dealer check it out ASAP..
this is a common failure with these cars for some reason.
I had mine done last year..

Thanks for the info.
Got 66K miles on the car so I should be good to go.
Still creates downtime!! I hate when they give me a C class.
Unless I get one of the new ones but I doubt they will.
