My s500 4matic recent problem....Need some help from members!!

Hey guys this is not a recent problem....but it has just gotten alot worse this year.

Over the past years when i pull the car out of the driveway when its colder and go to Straighten out the Wheel my car makes a horrible sounding sound...it almost sounds like something is rubbing or grinding.

When it gets Warmer is seems to go away alittle but the sounds still there.

When i go to make a Uturn or a real Sharp Turn at very Low speeds i hear the sound throughout the whole car.. it comes only from the right side of the car and the Left side is fine.

Any have this problem before??

Any help from you guys would be great

you may need a small amount of power steering fluid. mine did the same thing.I put just a drop of steering fluid and never heard the noise again it's been over a year.

thanks for the tip but mines a 4matic.... im gettin worried its the AWD system plus one of my biggest problems is

that 3 weeks ago after i had my car in my friends shop to get an oil change because i dont trust the dealer he pointed out that i had 3 big bolts missing in the center of the car.. and 10 screws for the protective cover under the car.

I felt like driving over there and doing some serious damage but calmed myself and left the general manager a message and havent received any calls back yet... they must be ****ting themselves cause they know who i am and how much i hate there service department.

Irrespective of the fact that threats like the one in your post aren't likely to get you much traction with the dealer, I would suspect a constant velocity joint - probably, the right front. Especially if it has a torn boot, or cover.

brang it into mercedes of manhattan where they have a great service facility and where they play no games there.

The mercedes dealer of nanuet had a bunch of recent problems that they tryed to coverup regardiing sabotaging there customers cars and one of them was mine. an article by a good friend of mine in the county journal newspaper is doing an article on this.

Mercedes of Manahattan diagnosed my problem right away which was that my right front axle was leaking and the upper clamp of the axle was all mashed up and destroyed from a huge pot whole hit 1 year prior in NYC.

Also that i had 4 Main Bolts that hold the Transmission in place missing underneath the car courtesy of *******s at mercedes of nanuet.

and lol about who i am lets just say i have alot of connections in different circles, political, local and federal law, newspaper, radio etc
