How do I change the spark plugs on my W220?
Im sure loads of you have done this job.

How easy is it to do?

Are there 8 or 16 plugs to change?

Are the Bosch Super plugs any good?

Its is not that bad on the S. there are 16 plugs to change. I would just replace them with the current version of the OEM Bosch plugs but thats up to you.
