I know the battery is in the trunk, but do anyone know if there is a positive power lead under the hook like my W210 E420 ?? I need to hook up a aftermarket HID fog lights,I like to know if I can find a power souce so I don't need to hook up a long wire from the battery in the trunk to the engine compartment ?? thanks

according to the star service library
NO,it shows jump starting from the trunk.it isnt like the other smaller models that have the connection in the engine compartment.get the star service library dvd and it will give you the location of accessory power locations.
