look in your service booklet

it will give you exactly what will be checked for time/mileage.at 50K you should have had spark plugs.anyway you can do the service yourself,"but" you have to be mechanically inclined and have the star service library DVD.potentially id say, brake system flush, engine oil change, battery condition check, and a whole bunch of simple inspections and a few torque checks on some steering fasteners.if you want to treat the car exceptionally well then throw a tranny flush and filter change at it.also ac hepa filters and if cash is no problem, charcoal filters also.these cars are simple to work on if you have the tech info and the tools.

And if you don't have your service booklet, you can download an electronic version by registering as an owner at www.MBUSA.com.
