well there is four different ways to do it,
1. ELM the most expensive but can be set a few ways
2. lowering links oem or aftermarket most people do this
3. washers cheapest way does exact same thing as links
4. dealer cpu flash can lower but very little

thats just a short run down if you need more in depth info search there are plenty of topics on all of them

the shem,welcome

i know it looks fantastic when these cars are lowered but it is really hard on the car and will absolutely wear suspension components prematurely.accept how the car looks at the factory height and spend your dollars on other upgrades for the car.im an MB factory purist and it is only my opinion.i love the look of the lowered MB's but would never lower my own vehicle.
