Correct Offset? Please help

Can someone please tell me the correct offset for a 2003 s500 on 20" rims that are 9" wide? Would a 37 offset be okay? I do not want the wheels to stick out of the fender.

yes you will be fine my old 20s was 38 offset no problems with a 245 tire
