S500 loosing anti freeze

Hi

My 2000 s500 looses 2 liter of anti freeze a day . There are no leaks and sometime i can smell it but no marking on floor. Does anyone else experience this problem?

Thanks

If you are loosing 2Ltr a day, YOU have a leak.... Cars don't lose that much antifreeze.. What color is your oil? It's either going in your crankcase or on the floor but its going somewhere...

when the car is at temp,go back and smell the exhaust while it idles.if it has an unusual sweet smell than your pumping water into a cylinder.after at least a 10 mile drive at highway speeds, pull over and inspect the exhaust pipe again, there should be no trace of water/steam from the pipe, bone dry.if it passes both these tests and the oil has no trace of water in it then you can relax and find the leak in the cooling system.allthough on some cars id rather pull a motor than a heater core.
