Calyptus Wood Steering Wheel
I am getting a 2003 S430 this comming week (as soon as the luxury tax disappears ).The S430 comes with Calyptus wood trim. Has anyone seen a wood steering wheel offered in the Calyptus wood??

In the past if you wanted a wood steering wheel it would come with the same type of wood that is in the car. Take a look at www.mbusa.com and build an S430. I think there is an accessory in the accessory section under the interior part that says Calyptus wood steering wheel. Just take a look and let me know if I'm wrong.

Then if I were you and I was questioning something I would e-mail an mbusa representative and ask them about the calyptus wood steering wheel for the S430 and within a day or so they should e-mail the answer back to you. It might be a special order option with where you have to order a different wood trim in order to get the wood and leather steering wheel. Just try asking mbusa and see what they say.
