Cooling Fan problem. Please HELP.

Cooling Fan problem. Please HELP.
Hi. How are you? Please help me.
All started 2 weak ago. I started my 2001 S 430 on the morning and my cooling fan made a noises I shut off the heating/cooling system inside and started again and got a message COOLING PLEASE DRIVE TO WORKSHOP, I did some researches’ on forum and decide that my cooling fan engine die, I bought the Cooling Fan Assembly after market from PartsBin.com for $425 with delivery just put it in start the car and got same problem the fan is not turning on, I check the voltage coming to the fan and nothing coming, no 12V or anything, Looks like I need something else, I read about the Cooling fan module controller located some where in the fuses box but in with side???? where I need to look for it???? I need to get a parts number from it to be able look for it around. If you have any suggestion Thanks for it I will really appreciated.
