Unhappy reclining power rear seat removal

i just purchased some used power rear reclining seats to put into my s500 i need help with the removal can anyone help.

Looks like there are two clips per seat that you have to pull apart and lift.(recline for more access)
To remove the upper cushion there are 4 e10 torx bolts at each corner. To get to the one closer to the upper middle you have to really spread the cushions apart and jam your e10 socket with an extension. I believe 9/16 sae 6 point socket will work too!
To remove the reclining rails you have to move the seat back upright to expose the 4 e10 bolts. The 9/16 6 point 1/4 socket fit well as the e10 3/8 socket was too big for the back bolts.
The upper middle seat should fall out once the two upper cushions are out.
The lower middle seat is a pain to remove. You have to really push hard towards the trunk and it should lift out.
