Got any idea what caused it?

No idea why. My license plate light is also out throwing all kinds of faults but it's not the bulb. I took apart the trunk lid lining to access the harness and not power coming to the harness. Some weird stuff going on here. There's no fuse for the tag light. It says electronic fuse so not sure why the left tag light is on but not the right. Just the same old W220 bull crap.
