I need a Mercedes/Motorola Startac phone
I need a model ST 7797, (I think) to make my Cingular phone system work in New York. Mercedes wants me to upgrade at over $1500, but I believe one of the older phones might solve my problem. They are no longer sold by Mercedes. Anyone have one, or any other suggestions?

Check on e.bay. There have been a few Mercedes compatable Startacs on there in the past month.
